Who can tell me a good book for Ipad (ios) programming with Xcode (or Monotouch)

I decided to learn some objective-c. SO i tried to code with Xcode. Apple has a wonderful library full of samples and advioces, videos and tutorials. Still i am kinda retarted (no offense to handicapped) when it comes to objective-c. So can anyone recommend me a good book for beginning ios development that is up2date (xcode 4.3+).

The Erica Sadun book seems to be the standard, but also check out the free video course from Stanford University (search on itunes). It's really quite good.
