Sorry my reference I will improve, it should say, Oscar runs Hardstore which sold other products including ProgSkeet. -- This post was not directed to any of hard-working coders that produced software, but at the shady business side of the scene.
Once upon a time, there were talented guys who designed a clip, let's call them W. After a month's work, they decide to go all in, that's way before progskeet.
No luck, 2 years later, a wild progskeet appears! Business men start negotiating prices. W. don't keep up their end but to keep up the rep of a nice image, they decide to cooperate anyway.
Months later, other talented guys present their clip! Cheap too! We're talking within the ballpark of a fraction of a dollar per piece, mind you.
Now this clip is produced, it's agreed upon that their cut is 50/50. So they go into business. Then these fuckers turn around and no longer want 10x but 100x because W. is getting 25x.
Going on, the same thing happens again but this time, it's the factory doing the shady stuff!
So now, thank you WiiClip (fuck, I dropped a name there, right? sorry, I forgot about that policy), ES (I'm no namedropper but you know who you are, you're "in the scene" and that shit) and whoeverthefuck is running E3, but I won't have any more of this.
I've been silent for a while, I want to give you all a nice surprise to make up for the shit I've put you through with the clips and goddamn promises and spi and dual nand, I feel like shit and haven't had a nice time for a while now. You think it's easy? It's not. But one thing is for sure, I have NOTHING to do with snitching. If someone snitched on me, then so be it, I'll accept responsibility for whatever I have DONE, not been alleged of doing.
Judge for yourself if you think I snitched and think about my motive to do it, don't just see "snitch" and judge me... come have a beer with me sometime at... I don't know, C3? I'm a nice, tolerant person who acts like a tough guy on the internet but really, I'm mellow.

But no, back to the subject, there are greedy people in this scene and you shouldn't take shit from them. Let people fight their own battles and if you are under attack and have no way to help yourself, get help. This modchip guy knew what he's getting into, WHICH I DON'T JUSTIFY OR JUDGE OR CONDEMN, but let's be honest, who doesn't shoot up every now and then? It's illegal. You know it, I know it and if anyone gets caught it, they're getting what's coming to them. Portugal allows you to shoot up and go to rehab, Germany condemns it and locks you up. (don't take it literally, I'm no druggie)
I have a list with addresses that are getting gifts but right now I can't do it due to shipping costs. It's taking a long time, I apologize, but in the end I hope you appreciate it.
Again, I'm sorry for disappointing people with the slowness of progress but slowly I'm catching up.
Edit: not to be a dick or anything but in our court of law, this is what's called "malicious prosecution"... there is no solid evidence... in fact, there's not a single proof that he's actually been raided. AFAIK, you can't just get a warrant by providing evidence that's already there, he's not the one that's been damaged as he's (probably?) not involved with MS, who by some weird chance own Xbox.
I can't go to the pigs saying "look, he's pissing on my neighbor's front lawn" without getting a "how about you mind your own business?"
the person that's been damaged has to press charges in order to get a warrant from court.
Not saying he didn't get raided but where's the proof that he did indeed get raided? Maybe it's them wanting to wipe out squirt because the new CR3 costs 35USD? Ever wonder why you're paying 35USD for something that costs 5USD to produce? We know they're hand in hand with TX. Well, there ya go, case solved.

I do not know all the details of this story but just from my take on the type of
person you are. I would not expect you to be a snitch. I would think you more likely the
type of person that would punch a snitch.
Hell I followed him on twitter when he only had under 10 followers (yeah j knew of him before he was famous)
He's about second to last on the list of people I think would snitch (me being last).
I'm sure those that have dealt with him would agree he's a helpful and forthright guy!
I send Gary the documents of the raid, nothing more to say here, the police was sended by Squirt360/HardStore Oscar and this isnt a part of marketingcampaign like Mr. HardStore did, this of course is a shame cause its the truth.

When yes or not, who cares? it hasnt everything to do with devs, so i didnt know why uf6667 call me a liar now, or did he send the police to me? Exactly, it was his boss, so everything is cool with uf6667, i hasnt a problem with him, maybe he has one with me now (who cares?), but really, i´m tired in reading this shit, the people who needs to know what happens got all informations they need to think about it.

The smell of money fucks everything up - and those who slavishly worship the 'moniez' will screw up any operation they're involved in.
This is why I had to get rid of another guy who was all about the 'moniez' before I felt we could really go ahead with what became RetroArch - Homebrew Cafe was quickly turning out to be a disaster because one guy was more concerned about filling his own pockets with ad revenue, Android emulator port sales than he was about maintaining friendly relations with co-developers (ie. not pissing them off by selling their works on App Stores) and about providing to the 'scene'.
This is also why the only acceptable donation to me is non-monetary - because as soon as it turns into cash, it will get reappropriated into things not related to the project and it instantly turns into an extra source of income - which I don't want this to become.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! I didn't expect this shit in the 360 scene! I expected this shit in the PS3 scene, not the 360 scene. I can't believe the assholes that made Squirt360 decided that instead of selling a better product and letting the product do the talking, to actually "RAT" out the fucking competition. Low life motherfuckers. Their hardware sucked ass, they knew they were stealing shit, so this was the only way they could "keep doing business?"
See this is the only thing that sucks about the 360 scene. Because most of the mod chip makers are strictly in it for the cash and not the "scene cred" when their company's name is tarnished to the point that it will effect sales, they do some back handed and heavy tactics like this shit.
I hope to god Squirt/Oscar/Whatever the fuck his name is - get's his just deserts for this shit. It's completely uncalled for. Sell a decent product and the rest will follow. But don't rat out the competition because you will not only do harm to your own business, BUT THE ENTIRE SCENE AT LARGE.

We sent him an EMAIL to stop writing attacks against Squirt, but he simply ignore our team and we don't have time and time to write posts to defend us, so we threatened legal action against him.
Finally he was caught by police 40 days ago... of course the PARANOID person he is thought that a modchip maker was the guilty partner of this story...
But maybe he forgots he lives in a country that is not BURUNDI but GERMANY and maybe to sell modchips with www.codexecution.com is all safe in Germany... (but it is far from safe)
Everyone is free to think as they wish, but believe me this is only the "poor story of a paranoid man"...
So to summarize:

None of that matters. The fact is you took personal grudges and instead decided to get the police involved which could have impacted the entire scene. You have absolutely no excuses. NONE! All you can do is simply say "I'm sorry, I was acting like a fool" and move on! That's all we wanna hear out of you.
And don't sit there and say "blah blah it's a modchip, blah blah Germany has laws." You know damn full well you were the ones that initiated the action. So again ADMIT IT FULL STOP - OR just let it die! Plain and simple.
@Gary - I mean why even have this scum on our forums? He broke every scene doctrine/etiquette that exists. he deserves no second chance, no chance to redeem himself, etc. He doesn't even deserve the posting privileges on an amazing forum such as this. He simply deserves what he gave to the other party back in spades and then some.
@uf6667 - Are you the "Oscar" dude he was talking about? Sorry but I don't know real Names, etc from the 360 scene. So if that's you, then someone else close to the team must have done it. So if none of the above pertains to you and you are innocent - no hard feelings towards you bro. None at all. But the whole story seems extremely fishy. All of a sudden squirt members are digging up dirt and back peddling blaming the very legality of the market itself. When there has been maybe what, 2-5 raids throughout the 360's entire existence? So some how I doubt Germany just decided at a whim to raid this guy. His story seems genuine. So someone got pissed off and either A) doesn't wanna admit it because of the business implications that are going to impact you now as a result or B) Because whoever did do it that is apart of that team doesn't have the damn balls to admit it!
Sorry I'm just really skeptical about what anyone says now. This crap is extremely heavy handed, and reduced my respect for the entire team and anyone associated with Squirt360 to Zero. I know it's not a developers fault if he wasn't involved. But you gotta see where the "consumer"/"observer" is coming from. And saying that the other guy isn't innocent in all this doesn't justify what has happened. It doesn't even excuse it. Someone has to be the better person in this. It's not supposed to be a competition on who exactly can be the worst common denominator of "scum."
I mean I never liked any of the Squirt360 stuff to begin with as I think there's better quality stuff out there. But I respected (past tense) the team for giving consumers/hackers yet another avenue for hacking their machines.
EDIT: PS all of a sudden once your company's image is tarnished beyond belief you have time to retort and defend yourselves? Sorry, but the story on Squirt's end just doesn't add up. Someone on that team was involved. Germany just doesn't raid out of nowhere and the raids were timed perfectly with the threats. So that's one "defacto" concrete evidence nailed. Next we have members popping up to defend themselves when they first said they didn't have the time. So either A) there is definitely credibility to this claim or B) there isn't but the business's image is so tarnished now that they HAVE to step up.
EDIT2: Then to top it off we have a final comment relating to a new product and new pricing schemes. So the Squirt360 staff are in no way leading any "credibility" to their claims. in fact they are doing WAY more harm then good to their own reputation. So I'm left to believe that something did in fact occur and either A) one of the people who posted did infact own up to his threat and just doesn't wanna admit it or B) did infact own up to his threat but has to back track because his company's name is tarnished beyond belief now.
Whatever the case may be - both sides are employing some low tactics and it needs to stop and STOP NOW! I don't care who started first, but if these raids did indeed occur, that shit is the lowest of the low and your company's reputation is harmed for good reason now. So just own up, move on, and show that you are the better man in this situation moving forward!
