I couldn't get the sprx files to convert to debug for the life of me. I tried mmDM and various other methods. What finally worked for me, was renaming each sprx to EBOOT.BIN, converting them with mmDM and then renaming them back. If you can convert them without having to rename them, great. Otherwise, try it this way.
Resident Evil Code Veronica X HD version 1.02 [NPEB00553]
Works via LAN, create a PS3_GAME folder in your NPEB00553 directory, then cut and paste everything into your new folder.
Game boots and you can also get rid of 2 GB worth of language files with no problems.

Cut and paste your BINARIES and BCGAME folders to your BLES/BLUS root directory.
Game will now install properly!

Copy and paste everything from your USRDIR to your root BLES/BLUS folder. Copy, not cut. You're essentially making a 9GB mirror.
Not really worth it in my opinion, but hey. Whatever.

Create a new, empty, folder and rename it to ASSASSIN_ISO, place it in within the USRDIR folder of your game, "BLES/BLUS30089/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ASSASSIN_ISO". The ASSASSIN_ISO folder is just an empty folder but it needs to be there for the game to run. Similar to the fix that's already out for the game to run from MM. That's it, boot your game and enjoy.
Rename your trophy directory to NPWR03137_00 - you'll have Japanese trophies and voices, English text and it seems to work so far. Be warned that the options menu is completely different, so good luck figuring out what options affect what ;]

Get the n0drm fix and set everything up for debug as usual. Cut and paste everything from your USRDIR [except the eboot] and paste it in your BLES/BLUS root directory.

This game will only run with the patch installed, so make sure it's set up properly first.
Now, cut and paste your target folder and data00.pac file to your root directory.
Copy data99.pac to your root directory also, but only copy it. The game looks for data99 in both spots, or else no boot.
