Really it is Sony way of saying you buying a PS3 without the 'game function' you just need to add a HDD for that function in the future.

For those joking last year they would remove the 'game function' if hacked, after they remove 'other os', they were right, as 12gb is that!

And just think kids, that euro price (for the 12GB) is currently about $260 USD and you would still have to add your own hard drive for any real functionality. They should consider lowering the price since it would end up costing more in the long run to add that hard drive.
