Three points not answered so far by Sony.

#1: -- Since it has been confirmed that it is infact a 'slide-lid', its is manual-operation or is it motorized. (I guess the first, cuts cost!)

#2: -- On the 12GB model, it mentions you have to buy a dedicated 250gb HDD to expand. (What is the reason for that, the 12gb has no expansion bay, it is USB? or is the fact it does not come with the 'metal holding bracket'?)

#3: -- Did Sony screwed up and being a 'slide-lid' now allow the good old-fashion SWAP-TRICK to work again like on the PS1 and PS2!!!!

Still no HDMI cable included in the bundle SONY? Are you guys this crazy? They must still be living in the Stone Age! This is absolutely sorry! For a gaming company the magnitude of Sony to still not include an HDMI cable is beyond ridiculous! I honestly can't believe this! An HDMI cable isn't much more cost than the standard composite cables. What a bunch of idiots!

Yeah just saw the unboxing from IGN on Snesorama and even one of the presenters was like what the heck.
