First off I would like to thank Deank for everything you've done. I've been using MultiMan for multiple years now. I have read and studied google trying to find my answer but I get nothing from everywhere, maybe you can help???
OK So i'm on Rogero 4.30 v05. Multiman 4.18.05. Everything is up date.
For some reason I can not boot from multiple external hdds..
I thought multiman fixed this a while back with update 4.14.00. I know I skipped some updates from multiman, for example going from 4.14.01 to 4.15.00 ect.. I read that each update is important as the one before so I deleted multiman, installed every single update that came out, and i'm still having trouble booting from multiple external hdds. I've tried leaving each of my 2tb in slot one and two...I've tried using just a USB hub from the right port...I think I've tried everything. I've tried plugging in the power supply to the hub minutes before I turn on the playstation.
Can someone confirm having multiple external hdds working? is there a better firmware to use for having multiple external hdds?? I have almost 600 games trying to remember which are on each hdd is a headache. I love 4.30 but 3.55 always booted every game.
I read on page 38 http://www.ps3crunch.net/forum/print...&pp=40&page=38 that there's no fix right now. Sometimes I can get it to reset the USB drives and reconnect, but I can only get it to work once. Does it look like there's not going to be any fix for this?
Can someone help me with this? Do you have multiple external hdds working on 4.30 or whatever for that matter.

Also cyberskunk (rebug) tried multiple different usb scenarios and found no definite pattern (or something like that) when i asked about it, forgot what he said exactly its been a little while. Basically theres no way to troubleshoot this (thus far anyway).

you could use one external usb (for games) at a time per console with 4.21+ FW, so no there is no fix that i know of, if there is i would be enlightened.
I have 2 ext usb and both have a bunch of games if there both plugged in ( i use a hub, apparently it doesnt matter) all games will black screen usually resulting in having to hard reset the console.

Memory cards are stored per game in the same folder as the game. Covers can be named as the iso/bin with .jpg (3264x3264 max) or .png (416x414 max) extension (or as COVER.JPG (3264x3264 max) when using PSXGAMES folder with game-name subfolder).
Don't forget that pressing [SQUARE] in the RETRO column groups content (emulator ROMS, PS1/PS2/PSP).
Hi Dean-I attempted to play a split game from external last night & noticed there is an exclamation mark over the start icon in the the game settings view of all my split games. Additionally, when attempting to launch any of them, multiMAN does not prompt me to cache the big files. I have ample space on the internal drive... I'd appreciate if you can provide a few words of guidance as I've never seen this before nor have I had problems with split games previously.BTW, I'm up-to-date on 04.19.00.Regards

I found a glitch in the Retro Column: The Gameboy (.gb) covers doesn't show, Gameboy Color (.gbc) and Gameboy Advance (.gba) covers have no issues. I'm using External HDD to play the Gameboy (.gb) games and the games I tried were [Pokemon Blue, Pokemon Red, Pokemon Green, Pokemon Yellow]. Dean you deserve over a million thanks for the continuous updates on MultiMan. Seriously thank you!
You brought to us the best program for ps3 and honestly without MultiMan Ps3 isn’t worth hacking. Once again thanks for the huge update that will let us enjoy Ps1 Games in MultiMan!
