Nathan_r32_69 has released this Windows tool which allows you to Unpack and Decrypt PUP files content.

PUAD GUI, aka PUP Unpacker and Decrypter, is a Windows tool by Nathan_r32_69 that allows you to Unpack/Decrypt PUP file content easily.

It works without Cygwin, directly from Windows.

Features

- Unpacks PUP file
- Decrypts/Unpacks CORE_OS
- Decrypts/Unpacks Dev_flash
- Decrypts SELF files of CORE_OS
- Decrypts SELF files of Dev_flash
- Unpacks RCO file contents
- Decrypts index.dat

And here are the program usage Instructions:

1. Choose a PUP file
2. Select destination folder *
3. Choose from the options available
4. Click on Start/Iniciar

* - Make sure the folder is empty to avoid errors
