Yet another update by 'Deroad'

A new version of NoRSX has been released, featuring a Spu.cpp and an error list.


NoRSX by Deroad is a 2D graphics library for PSL1GHT, and its used for creating homebrew for the PS3.

Just a few weeks after the previous release, he's back with another update, this time adding a Spu.cpp and a NoRSX error list (currently incomplete).

Here's the full changelog for v0.1.9:

- Added Spu.cpp to use spu stuff
- Added NoRSX error list (incomplete)
