Well for everyone who's pissed at Rogero, you should be pissed at yourself. The warnings where there, but if you did some little reading up yourself you knew there where problems. Rogero did put his ass on the line to put out this CFW, and it works for a lot of people.

Fucking Hilarious, I was going to use that same quote but went with "when life gives you lemons" and did a whole different spin on my comment LMAO too funny. Great minds and such...
CLOSING TIME, will reopen when Rogero gives us news.
EDIT:
So if you have this CFW use at your own risk, its your own fault if you brick, I've waited so can you.

Exactly Senaxx - Rogero (kudos to the Lebanese dude) has released what is effectively a piece-of-crap-for-a-proof-of-concept for a PUP which was obviously not immune to bricking et cetera and he has warned everyone CLEARLY IN RED that you could brick your system if you don't be careful, so yeah - man up and accept responsibility for your actions instead of slagging him off just because you can't accept responsibility for your own actions.
By the way, sorry for being a politically incorrect ninny - but sadly, this PUP was prematurely released up to the point that one wrong move could equate to a brick much like the CEX to DEX conversion and Rogero - keep your head up and continue working your ass off - shit happens, so work hard, play hard.

Reason: Fucking autocorrect!
After Testing with some bricked Slim consoles ( from updating to CFW4.21 ) with different friends and testers around the world,
I can confirm that Bricked consoles can be recovered back to CFW3.55 even if you didn't have a NOR Dump/Backup .
Requirements are:
1- a Hardware Flasher so you can read/write to the PS3 NOR flash
2- A Dongle with PSgrade payload (any old jailbreak dongle + PSGrade hex will do) used to Enter Factory Service Mode (FSM)
3- Rogero CEX3.55 v3.7 PUP
Note:
- I didn't receive any Brick report from any FAT PS3 that updated to CFW4.21, so it seems FAT consoles are not being affected by the bug.
- Apparently only the last downgradable Slim models are affected (CECH-25xx with Datecode 1A and base FW version = 3.50)
- I Also know that there are also few Slims that bricked with model CECH-20xx but 90% of the reports were model
(CECH-25xx with Datecode 1A and base FW version = 3.50).
- The Brick may be caused by the boot-loaders not being written correctly into the NOR during the Update process.
Please note also that all the above info may not be 100% accurate,
things are still being worked on so nothing is confirmed at all and I don't promise anything about an updated CFW.

Thanks for the update Patrick, it's quiet unfortunate that another Waninkoko scenario happened again =(, IIRC my PS3 slim is base 3.50 so I guess I'm out of luck , plus I don't have a hardware flasher and don't know how to use one so I won't take the risk! hope Rogero can fix this, his work is greatly appreciated , but personally I'll wait for rebug ;]
STILL waiting for Final Fantasy Versus XIII...

It's good that hopefully this glitch in firmware has been narrowed down and looks like bricks are now recoverable with a flasher. That is as long as you didn't throw your ps3 out the window then u really are screwed!
