I am currently on DEX 4.21, but with all the happenings in the scene, with the release of CFW 4.21, I want to revert back to CEX but i am really afraid for brick because payload dongles/e3 flashers/e3 card readers are very rare here in my country.... I havent QA Flagged my console before converting to DEX, but ive read on some forums and even here that TB CFW v2 has integrated QA_FLAG, is it true? So what safe procedures can you suggest to me in reverting back to CEX? Thanks in advance guys.... and props to the ps3 scene...
