Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City 3.55 Fix (DEX)

Stop misleading people, guys.
This game doesnt work on CFW 3.55. Period.
I had it fixed 45 days ago for BLES01288, EU game is 4.01, not 3.70 as some say.
Patch updates are 3.70, but no patch update files can be decrypted with 3.70 app keys.
Not sure about US BLUS version FW, anyway, game just doesnt work on 3.55.
It goes blackscreen after you setup everything in menu and choose to start campaign.
Tested on DEX and there it worked, but Im not interested in DEX releases so didnt post public, just gave it to few DEX ppl.

Thanks Pr0pJoe! I found this also to be the case but wasn't sure if it was a pebkac or not. Also.. glad to see you crunching with us.

I did the BLUS version got varied reports, working and not. All the working I found out was on dex, i didnt test myself as I didnt have the game at the time, yes patching updates require drm keys.

anyway i changed this thread to read DEX.

Id rather have game not working at all, then getting a big no somewhere in the game.
Disappointing as hell.
PS - I dont mind crunchin or haxin or whatever scene site I go.
There has been enough fractions and sh1t for too long. Time to move on [including me].
We are close to get what we always wanted.

I had a tester I trust (knows what he's doing test it, he's on DEX) So since he said it worked on DEX I just assumed it worked on CEX, so it was very odd to me finding out it didn't as I can't think of any instance where a 3.41/3.55 patched game worked on DEX but not CEX, if anything its the other way around because of DEX being strict on file structure and not extracting some .psarc and .mselfs like CEX units do for instance. I think it has something to do with how the .sprx are being called from the eboot, but yeah who knows if you messed with the BLES version that long and still nothing, 3.55 users are prolly out-of-luck.
