It is possible to upgrade from CFW rogero 4.21 to CFW Rogero 4.30

Hi, i'm running cfw 4.21 and i've read in another tread that you can update the cfw to 4.30 from XMB, is this possible? there's another way to update WITHOUT downgrading the console back to 3.55?. Thanks a lot.

Updating from XMB or recovery mode is possible for some people. 50/50
Only way to tell is to try
I'm happy on 4.21 cfw so I'm going to wait until needed to try to update.
I have never been a big psn fan even on OFW
I love playing with my dongle.

It failed both ways for me - first via the XMB then via the recovery menu.

Best bet is to follow RogerO's directions and get back to 3.55 THEN see about installing 4.xx cfw

Why are you dead set on not downgrading?

If you do it right, it won't take terribly long and will work without a hitch.
