No problems here. Just went on a moment ago on CEX and DEX.
Maybe you can help me, im on 4,21 REX (CEX) and would like to go to 4,21 (DEX), what steps should I do to prevent a possible brick?? Thanx in advance m8, or anyone that can help me with the right steps.
So @dsenseb, you installed the just released Rebug Rex Toolbox pkg whilst on Kmeaw and then enabled QA?
I had this same question and was advised to install the Toggle QA pkg before. Not sure of the steps after you intall that package so am still waiting on clearer info before I try this.
about ps3usercheat does not work, probably it's because its signed for 3.55, so you need to resign it to 4.21 keys
You can't just 'resign' applications which are created for specific firmware version/lv2 kernel. Usercheat/codeunique which are actually multiMAN 02.09.xx load a payload in memory (hermes i think) and poke a lot of stuff in lv2 memory which is 3.55 specific. You can never get it to work on another firmware unless the 'creators' of the app decide to do it.

I really dont know if someone ask this here but Cyberskunk do you have plan to make 4.30 or 4.31 REX? I only trust your CFW after KMEAW thank you very much
Just moved to REX 4.21.1!!!
KMEAW 3.55>>QA Enabled>>REBUG REX4.21.1 (from XMB menu)
Everything works perfectly. Awesome job team REBUG!!!
Installed latest Multiman 04.10.00 BASE CEX, works like charm. Great job deank!!!
Now here is one thing that I am interested about, what steps should we do if we change internal HDD in PS3.
Do we need to go to lower firmware (OFW 3.55) and then to 3.55.3 REX>>4.21.1 REX, or do we just swap HDD and reinstall
4.21.1 REX firmware from USB stick?
Did anyone swap HDD when on 4.21.1 REX, and what you did if HDD swapping was successful?

They dont need to make a 4.30 really, also they made 4.21 cause they were working on THIS AWESOME CFW before everyone else and took more time to give us load of options and stability.
PS3 Slim w/ Rebug Rex 4.30.2, 500GB Internal, 1TB/3TB External; PS2 Fat McBoot w/ Hard Drive; Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Last game finished: Crysis 3 | Currently Playing: Dead Space 3
All updated fine to the new Rebug 4.21.1 REX CFW and spoofed to 4.31 but when trying to sing in to PSN i get an error code 8071053D does anyone know why this is happening?

Just in the process of installing this now but I've got a quick question. When swapping between CEX and DEX (which I have done successfully on 3.55.3) does it matter what FW I made the dump on? Can I use the NANDBIN dumps on REX 4.21 that I've used on REX 3.55.3? Thanks

Yes.. for DEX / CEX TargetID swapping it does not matter.

There is no need to downgrade.. You can install 4.21.1 REX over itself..
