Resign Update Pack to work on REX 4.21?

Hi there
I have a question that obsessed me for some time
How can I resign the 1.03 update package for Fifa 13?
I've downloaded the 1.03 pkg update via PC but it needs a 4.30 FW to work while I'm on Rebug 4.21.
Pls explain step by step how to resign it to work on 4.21?
