How reliable is fyygame.com?

I aggree with u,their support is terrible.I placed an order and paid a month ago.
After many emails,I only received my tracking number two weeks ago.The strange thing is that the tracking number does not exist on dhl.com.I have tried to contact fyygame and am still battling to get a response to date....just hoping that i get my package somehow.

Same story here, ordered 1 feb, and still havent got a response from them? Maybe someone from here can help me? i have a order number.
