Sony is now gearing up to start banning CFW users from PSN
Issues a new 'Consumer Alert'.
It looks like Sony could be preparing to start permanently banning all PS3 users 'running unauthorized or pirated software' from all the PlayStation Network and Sony Entertainment Network services.
That's right, Sony has posted another 'Consumer Alert' for all PS3 owners, warning about possible new BANS for all users "running unauthorized or pirated software", just after the new wave of CFW based on v4.21 to v4.30.
Here's the notice posted on the US PlayStation site:
Important Notice: Access to the PlayStationŽNetwork and Access to Sony Entertainment Network Services
Dear valued PlayStationŽ3 customers,
Unauthorized software for the PlayStationŽ3 system was recently released by hackers. Use of such software violates the terms of the "System Software License Agreement for the PlayStationŽ3 System" and the "Terms of Services and User Agreement" for the PlayStationŽNetwork/Sony Entertainment Network and its Community Code of Conduct provisions.
Violation of the System Software License Agreement for the PlayStationŽ3 system invalidates the consumer's right to access that system. Consumers running unauthorized or pirated software may have their access to the PlayStationŽNetwork and access to Sony Entertainment Network services through PlayStationŽ3 system terminated permanently.
To avoid permanent termination, consumers must immediately cease using and delete all unauthorized or pirated software from their PlayStationŽ3 systems.
In order to help provide a safe, fair, online environment, consumers who we believe violate "Terms of Services and User Agreement" for the PlayStationŽNetwork/Sony Entertainment Network or the applicable laws or regulations of their country or region risk having access to the PlayStationŽNetwork and access to Sony Entertainment Network services terminated permanently.

Funny thing is, looks an awful lot like the notice that $ony just sent out with a couple of words changed around. I think you're a troll. You also posted this on PS3iso, but over there, you say you got an email from $ony, where here you are saying you got it when you signed in on your PS3.
