Clicking install package files in multiMAN on Rogero 4.30 V 2 freezes my console.

it's not frozen, it's checking for packages, the bigger the device the longer it will take.

My 1TB external takes almost 15 minutes, where as my 16GB USB key, maybe 30 seconds-1 minute.

multiMAN is in the Standard Package Install Method.

So I select a package from the detected ones in "Install Package Files" in multiMAN XMMB.

I then select yes when it asks "to exit to XMB to install the selected package from [* Install package files] menu?"

multiMAn then exits to XMB. What do I do now? The package does not automatically install when it exits multiMAN. Where can I find the package in XMB?

You should find it in the * Install Package Files XMB entry, or if you are using Rogero's v4.30 v2, you should select the "PSN bubble mode" for package installation in mM, and then when you select a PKG in mM and you exit to XMB, you will see a bubble-surrounded icon/XMB entry that shows your selected PKG.

    I understand it now. I am using Rogero's cfw4.30 v2.

I would always have to use the "PSN Bubble Mode" when running packages in that firmware and the Standard Package Installation mode is not applicable to this firmware because the Install Package Files XMB entry isn't present anymore.

It seems that the "bubbled" package does nothing when X is pressed. To install the package, the option menu is shown by pressing /\ and then selecting "Install"

EDIT: It seems that the above only happens when the package size is big (greater than 1gb) otherwise the package would install by pressing X.
