Extract console id 4.31 ofw

Hi does any body know if its possible to find out the console id and psid on a 4.31 ofw console.any info would be great many thanks.

You would have to run it through a proxy and sniff packets using fiddler. Couldnt really do anything with the info though unless you wanted to spoof it to another console running cfw

Thats exactly what i would like to do.i have set up simple dns and wireshark also apache.i am recive the packets however not sure what setting and how to read the packets in order to get the psid.my cfw has been banned.for playing tekken tag 2.NO MODS AT ALL.via backup stupid becouse i have the retail disk aswell.so my idea was to change the mac and spoof the console id with on of the ps3 i have laying around any help would be great.many thanks.

You will want to search the tutioral section on how to spoof mac address and console id: but you have to be on a cfw not an ofw. This will never work on a ofw.

im on rex 4.21 but i have many ps3.i have changed my MAC to no change on psn and the psid spoof is random thats why im trying to extract psid from one of my original fw consoles.i read this today...There are different ways to get your console ID. If you have a flasher then you can make a dump of your flash, then locate your EID0 there and the first 16 bytes will be your Console ID.so if thats the case and i can get the ofw psid the sure i could dump the EIDO on 3.55 edit the psid /console id with the one from the ofw and reflash?what you think?

They used a secured connection to the server. You need to setup a custom proxy server with a valid passphrase. Then you can sniff packets and the packet with console ID should be a HTTP POST query to the server with a hostname of auth.np.ac.playstation.net at 443 port and a part of URI should be /nav/auth. If you get the packet then you can extract form fields from it. They are like:
type=0&serviceid=XXX&loginid=XXX&password=XXX&cons oleid=YYY
And my info is for 3.55 firmware so it can differs at 4.xx.
