Does Multiman store 100% of it's content, art assets, covers, etc. in the BLES80608 folder only? If I were to completely remove multiman (for installation of the latest version 04.14.00), just delete this folder and I'm good? Does Multiman store files anywhere else?

Just install it over the old one
after installing 4.14.00 full
then install the update base 4.14.03
you dont need to delete the existing one

Yes - BLES80608 is the mM directory, and all the content, even your game covers, is stored there, so if you DO delete that folder, you'll lose everything multiMAN related
