3K3Y has been delayed

This is most likely going to be like xbox where theres 2 types one for slim and one for phat. And this is not fake, emulation is pretty easy for these people to make as they did on xbox.

why is delaying until January 2013 ?

phat and slim have short wide, not too long.

if the device is real, why 3k3y team was not releasing the BOX but only PCB was showing.

also USB2 available but inside the video demo borderlands2, was using USB3
sounds fishy for me

suspiciously, the cable plastic inside the video was using a short wide, but in the PCB using a long wide, THERE IS NO WAY CABLE PLASTIC using both different size, and the connector PCB was using a short wide cable too

I think you are being way too paranoid. The device is real. That has been proven. They are just testing the waters first before a world wide release. But even still they should release in say the US or EU for the real test. China is a piracy ridden country where you can get already modded consoles in regular electronics stores. So "testing the water" in a country like that is meaningless. Sony of course isn't going to do much if anything for a release in a country like that. The real test as stated previously will be in both the US/EU. Those are the real markets that pose a threat to Sony.
