I know who you are.. What I mean is 'Were you making comment on the 3k3y, or were you meaning there is work on a CFW that will work on both CFW and OFW as i quoted you.
A solution to use the device on OFW systems without of the need for CFW key extraction is and has been being worked on and I hear it's close to completion. Though, don't use me as some sort of source on this as I'm not in direct contact with the Team; however I plan on reviewing the product when the non-CFW solution is ready (which would most likely be a seperate "probing" device like the 360 scene has for it's drive key extraction).
For anyone who doesn't know Brakken was head admin of Wii homebrew/scene site until he attempted to an hero himself by swallowing 100 pills and then posted on the front page that he did. Thousands of people read it and many called the police.

Back on topic--As everyone else has said, until they release a method to do this without the need for CFW I don't beleive it will be very successful. I mean we have CFW that will play any game out there and it's not like the 360 scene where iso's of games are readily available for download as most are what the 360 scene would call "jtag rips."
