\r\n I\'ve bought a second downgradeable PS3. \r\nI want to stay OFW for a few months. \r\nShould I buy an E3 flasher now and sit on it as insurance if can\'t be bought later for any reason or maybe I should wait in case a better device is released? \r\n \r\nAnd a couple of unrelated questions. \r\nAfter the flasher is used, can it be removed and PS3 hard drive installed and the unit works as normal? \r\nCan the clip be reused? Or do the pins get screwed up even if applied correctly?\r\n

You should get it now if you think you will want one, why wait. \r\n \r\nAlso you should be aware of e3flasher clones that have been appearing lately. If the reports are accurate then the clones do not work at all. \r\n \r\nI and other people bought our e3flashers from dealextreme dotcom and we all got real ones so I can recommend that shop to you. \r\n \r\nYou can remove the e3 flasher after you use it. \r\n \r\nThe clip can be reused if you apply and remove it correctly every time.\r\n
\r\n wait for another better device? that will be a hard and long time. \nand once you install it on your ps3, you can\'t remove it. \nif you change your mind to order one, \nhttp://www.oz3ds.com/product.php?id_product=51 \nthe website ranks top on the google, will be the best choices to get an official product. \n\r\n

I was also interested in buying a E3 ltd flasher, can you please explain why it cannot be removed after its installed, and does that apply to both nor and nand systems. \nThanks :)\r\n

The e3 flasher can 100% be removed from any ps3 after using it. \r\n \r\nAlso the nor clip only works on nor, you might be able to directly solder the e3 flasher to a nand ps3 but I don\'t know about that for sure.\r\n

Thanks bud Your right you need to solder the flasher for nand PS3\'s, they dont have a clip for nand\'s...yet.\r\n
\r\n As far as I know, one of the E3flashers top features - dualboot, is a b1tch to install on phat. \nIm talking soldering wire for dualboot feature, very hard to do. \nMany guys rather do it on slims.\r\n
